equally lots of people have posted, at that place would be no way of keeping the gun nether controll in the effect of a glitch. it would be a fun thought but only not pratical plenty.
if you want to have a dog fight why dont u practice it like the clubs do, ie having a streamer off the dorsum of ur plane which the oponent has to chop off. it would exist fuch more exciting and likewise you could tell when u have lost as it would be hard to see the bb's hitting the plane

There is a curt video somewhere of a Blade CX firing bottlerockets at the neighbors. Someone lights the fuse and some other guy takes the helicopter up to a high hover and lets it fire at the next door neighbors chiliad. Then, he brings it dorsum downwardly quickly.

old topic but google "rcgeddon" there are people out there that do this stuff. I'one thousand a rctanker so i like to apply the airsoft guns. and i gotta admit helis and aircraft would be fun to gun upwards(providing a safe location)

Wouldn't be surprised manufacturers already considered this. Air powered plastic bb'south are pretty inaccurate already in gun form, and to brand it accurate in the air during flying volition need them going at higher speeds. Sure they can go on it slower moving, but what would be the point if it'south so inaccurate. And then comes the need for some photographic camera or laser for aiming. Photographic camera = $$$, and laser = potential blindness. Add together that to likely problems shooting high powered bb'south in public and the "pollutants" it spews and I'thou not surprised companies don't sell them.
I can only imagine kits beingness sold at loftier prices just to proceed them less....common. Honestly, if I see someone at the park flying annihilation in a higher place or effectually me I'll be at least slightly wary. If I see it shooting pellets? I'm outta there. Or give me glasses.

i notice this somewhat ironic.............whineing about how unsafe a an airsoft gun would exist on a aeroplane.............still the plane itself is 100x more dangerous. if a airplane going fifty mph hits u in the caput...its prob game over for y'all. if an airsoft bb hits u in the eye ill dubiety yous'll fifty-fifty lose the centre......unless you lot put a 350+fps gun on their....fifty-fifty then i doubt it. bb guns a different story but airsoft...
this whole thread is ironic, if yous want to put an airsoft gun on your plane its definately not going to exist the almost dangerous thing on the airframe. (idk perchance a engine turning a prop around 13000 rpm that will chop your hand off is less dangerous than the airsoft gun....... :-p )

That's not the indicate, though. In that signal of view, information technology's like to asking for a jet power engine on a omnibus. You lot can say any 1+ ton vehicle is a speeding hunk of dangerous metal, but wouldn't recollect of shoving a jet engine on information technology spewing its exhaust behind.
I call back it's more a matter of adding also much for too little do good. As I mentioned, it's not merely adding a simple shooting BB turret, only the mounting, aiming machinery, and the demand for an aiming system.
Driving a passenger vehicle capable of 120+ MPH, fine. Flying an RC aircraft in a suitable flying area, fine. Adding a shooting mechanism to said RC? That enters a gray area.

From one who won't fifty-fifty BUILD a fighter plane, this may sound a chip "wimpy"; but Anything that tin can exist launched from an RC aeroplane is not but dangerous but could quite feasibly lead to litigation.

most people dont know that in some states, countys, citys, bb guns ect are considered to exist a existent guns. call up about it if they didnt they would opening information technology upwards for people to have an out for doing crimes. if you utilise bb guns y'all might go in trouble, so exist conscientious.

Sure the idea sounds fun...only to actually exercise information technology woul;d exist so stupid!and any AMA memebr should no better. I think it all-time to kept the thought to ones seld. Why take the chance of getting hurt or hurting someone else? or accept a chance on breaking a law unless your into that sorta matter(I would never want to fly with a such a person). I prefer a safety flight enviroment. If you insist on things shooting out, but brand those automobile gun sounds with your mouth like we would do when we were kids.

Just because you tin can exercise something, doesn't mean you should. crash1ace is right, if your an AMA member y'all SHOULD know better. Nosotros have enough restrictions on what we are immune to exercise, this kind of modification is only going to cause trouble.

I may non wing rc planes, but here is my take on the idea:
it could be a cool fashion to add together realism to the plane.
as for peoples concerns of hitting others or information technology beingness dangerous, its airsoft bbs, not killer, not even pellet gun power past a longshot.
besides, just wear goggles. its that unproblematic. and apparently you woudlnt fly a plane equipped with that in a place with people walking around everywhere.
it can be washed, it just needs simple precautions.
You lot dont need to overcomplicate or whine that it wont hit anything or it wont piece of work. but do it, if it shoots that alone will exist fun to just strafe the grass

This idea does sound cool, and IMO it would add a huge amount of realism to warbirds.
Only it's not something I'grand ever going to put on any of my planes, and I advise against information technology for anyone who is probable to ask near information technology, and for 1 simple reason: Safety. It just isn't a safe prospect to have a gun flying in a higher place your caput.
Oh, and to any of yous who are similar "Only IT'S Merely AIRSOFT, IT Tin can'T Injure Y'all!"...Yes I don't desire you lot near a gun. Always. Stick to video games. Item 1 on folio 1 of every gun safe blurb I've ever read says that all guns can kill, and to treat them as such. This includes pellet guns, airsoft, paintball, yous proper name it. Even Tasers can kill given the right circumstances. So I say no. If you accept to enquire you aren't the right person to practise information technology.
